Wizard Series Features

Structure

• Castings are made of high quality ribbed cast iron, which have been heat-treated to achieve extreme rigidity. Major castings are all box-type designed for excellent rigidity and strength. Compact designed bed and columns enable the whole machine to be shipped in a regular container, and also much saving on ocean and inland freight.

3-Axes Mechanism

• The “SP” grade linear guides are used for Y/Z axis, and there are four blocks on each axis that can provide 0.001mm vertical/cross-feed graduation.
• Vertical/cross-feed driven by AC-servo-motor.
• The hydrostatic rotary table with very low friction force and high rigidity, driven by servo motor with belt.

Spindle

• Cartridge and flange type designed, powered with a powerful motor and supported by 3 sets of #7016 CP4 super precision angular contact ball bearings.

Controller

• The well-known control system Mitsubishi PLC and servo motor. Ergonomically designed operation panel, with 10” colored touch screen for grinding data input through dialog pages. We use MPG instead of hand-wheel for precision and easy usage. Y-axis is equipped with “ HEIDENHAIN” linear scale for a real closed loop feedback system.

Dressing and compensation

• The table mounted wheel dresser is integrated into automatic grinding cycle. The dressing result is perfectly paralleled to table surface for super precision grinding applications.

Lubrication

• Auto lubricating system ensures the slide ways and ball-screws are well-lubricated.

Coolant systems

• Coolant tank type 250liter, 2bar, 80L/min

User Friendly Interface :

✅ Modern 6" LCD Touch screen operation panel with all the grinding variables sets, all you have to do is to set the values with finger.

✅ Even a deginner can oprate well like an expert, without complicated training. Easy to learn, easy to use. Multi-Language is availb;e.

Precision Down Feed Machnism : 

✅ Driven by AC sevomotor and grade C5 ball screw, with minimum 0.001 mm increment capability Manual pulse generator (MPG) is also available for user's convenrence.

✅ Close-loop linar scale displays real vertical position, guarantees the excellent grinding accuracy (option)

Reliable Control System : 

✅ Mitsubishi PLC is the corn of contron system with excellent stabliability. Serice centers are locatrd all over the world that offer prompt after-sale service, thertrefore the maintenance job is easy 

Longitudinal Transmission mechanism

✅ Hydraulic drive with spcial-desid=gned valve smoothes table reversing and enables the 1-25m/min variable table speed. Separated hydraulic unit with cooling device and main valves mounted, prevent temperature rise of hydraulic oil and permitss easy maintenance.
