The TSC system is using the cooling fluid to cool down the temperature while operating through the high-pressure cooling system, to decrease the tools wear down and increase processing efficiency.

Linear Encoder

Linear encoder measures the position of linear axis without intervening mechanical elements, this eliminates a series of potential error sources such as backlash, pitch error, or heating of the recirculating ball screw.

Tool Setting System

The tool setting system can automatically measure and compensate the tool deviation value, which can effectively eliminate the error and low efficiency caused by manual tool setting
