Machine Features:
- The machice body is made by high grade steel plate,welded to high rigid box type struture frame, and adoping annealing heat treatment to releaea internal stress. The machine body is stong abd keeps in a high accuracy ; it is good for warm/hot forging thick steel plate forming operation.
- The speacial eight-slide-way design with extre-long guige to ensure high precision and extra-long guide to ensure high precision and excellent stability, it provides the good guarantee of die set worting life.
- Applying hot forging, trmpering, thermal refining, precision processing and grinding to hogh rigiding alloy steel eccentric shaft to enhace its strength, toghness and reduce distortion. The sixws of mass production are stable.
