The devices for hydraulic upper stripping and hydraulic bottom knockout are able to be adjustable for complying with the delivery windows on the left and right, which saves the waste of the raw materials and reduces manpower's consumption because of automatic delivery.
While the slide movement reaches to the B.D.C.(Bottom Dead Center), its speed slows down gradually, this characteristic is specially applying in precision cold forging and thick metal plate forming process.
The slide is connected to connection rod and linked by knuckle-joint mechanism, its movement is driven by the crank-shaft to move up and down, adopting with eight-face precision slide-way to reduce the eccentric load efficiently, and increase the forging precision and prolong the working life of die.
The slide adjustment length is reached to 50mm; it is suitable for all kind die height adjustment.
