Technical features

Casting iron machine bed with strong shock absorption capacity and high pysical stability

The machine bed is built with casting iron and undergoes a perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Each casting has reasonable and sufficient reinforcement plates. Three rows of supporting feet are used to ensure the gravity rigidity of the center of the equipment.

Double-arm movable column structure ensures the high rigidity and precision

The intensified double-arm column structure spreads extra mechanical force from the spindle portal, providing exceptional stability for the entire machine tool, whilst reduces the vibration effects when the machine is at high-speed machining duty cycles. The guide rail is installed closer to the main shaft, and the processing rigidity is stronger; at the same time, the inside of the column adopts a square box structure, and the internal ribs use the way of cross-shaped ribs. Each place is composed of a small box structure to ensure the high rigidity, strength and stability of the column. To tackle the deformation problems, an enlarged rail and slide blocks are employed to ensure the stiffness of the long rail.

The powerful internationally renowned numerical control system, ahead of the industrial Ethernet fieldbus technology, full-level data transmission, increases the synergy effect among the components in the automation system. The system adopts a modular and open architecture design with high scalability, provides automation systems ports which increase the flexibility and productivity of the machine tool.

Angle Head

Angle head fixed with a multi-angle spindle to increase productivity by easily changing the angle of the cutter in a single setup

4th Axis Rotary Table

4 th axis rotary table is a precision work positioning device to precisely position the component in the desired angle to do the multi-face processing in a single setup.

Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC)

The TSC system is using the cooling fluid to cool down the temperature while operating through the high-pressure cooling system, to decrease the tools wear down and increase processing efficiency.

Double Head

Double head and double system achieve synchronous or asynchronous processing, which increases the processing efficiency significantly. In addition, it can process symmetrical workpieces simultaneously

Linear Encoder

Linear encoder measures the position of linear axis without intervening mechanical elements, this eliminates a series of potential error sources such as backlash, pitch error, or heating of the recirculating ball screw.

Tool Setting System

The tool setting system can automatically measure and compensate the tool deviation value, which can effectively eliminate the error and low efficiency caused by manual tool setting.

Standard / Custom fixture

A variety of standard or custom fixtures are optionally available to meet various processing requirements.

Spindle Gearbox

The gearbox from ZF is optionally available to meet the heavy-duty processing.
