Casting iron machine bed with strong shock absorption capacity and high pysical stability
The machine bed is built with casting iron and undergoes a perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress. Each casting has reasonable and sufficient reinforcement plates. Three rows of supporting feet are used to ensure the gravity rigidity of the center of the equipment.

A variety of standard or custom fixtures are optionally available to meet various processing requirements.
Double Head
Double head and double system achieve synchronous or asynchronous processing, which increases the processing efficiency significantly. In addition, it can process symmetrical workpieces simultaneously.
Inspection Probe
Probing system can be used to indentify and set-up parts, measure features in-cycle for adaptive machining, monitor workpiece surface condition and verify finished component dimensions.
Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC)
The TSC system is using the cooling fluid to cool down the temperature while operating through the high-pressure cooling system, to decrease the tools wear down and increase processing efficiency.
Linear Encoder
Linear encoder measures the position of linear axis without intervening mechanical elements, this eliminates a series of potential error sources such as backlash, pitch error, or heating of the recirculating ball screw.
Tool Setting System
The tool setting system can automatically measure and compensate the tool deviation value, which can effectively eliminate the error and low efficiency caused by manual tool setting.
